PLR, or Private Label Rights, gives you, the purchaser the right to do whatever you like with the material.

You can use it as it, with or without your own name added as author. 
You can edit or change the material in any way you like.
You can use it or publish it anywhere you wish.

It is your material to use in the same way you can use any material you create.
